We used this yarn to make a scarf for a stuffed dinosaur toy to turn it into a Lyle the Crocodile toy (there IS a Lyle toy for sale, but we wanted a different one). The yarn is thick and beautiful and was easy to handle.

I didn’t expect this yarn to be so thick and soft. I made Pom poms with it.

Lion's Brand produces solid yarns. This is no exception. Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick and Quick Yarn is a great lower priced bulky yarn.It is a great yarn for beginners and for fast projects. It knits up well. It's soft on your fingers, and it's easy to work with.My only two complaints are the durability and the color choices. It seems to pill a bit. But it's a lower cost yarn so it's a small trade-off. There are a lack of colors. But the colors they do have are vibrant and retain their color well.

I’ve used this for years. It’s the best chunky yarn on the market.
