*Update on review…the seller made good on it!*
I’ve used this product for a couple of years & love it, but the mechanism doesn’t work on this one! I spent $225 to have this as a backup because it’s hard to find. Now it’s 2 days past the window for return & I’m screwed…faulty product...expensive lesson!*Update* Even though it was past the window for return the seller made good on their sale. They replaced the faulty product with a new one (that works) & paid for return shipping for the first one. I’m very happy with this seller.

Total scam
Lionesse is a scam company, as are their products. Do not buy. You will waste your money and never really know what ingredients are in the product. The demonstration of the product in person looks like great results, but the product purchased does not have same effect. Research this company, and you will see

AMAZING, disregard bad reviews
First off, I want to advise that the bad reviews here may be due to customers not knowing how to properly use this product. My review of the product is below. This is a treatment, you use it once a week for a year (and then don’t need to use it for 4 years allegedly - this is what I was told by the vendor who sold this to me). Even if you do have to keep using it yearly, it’s worth it! Second, I experienced no film from this product and I tried it during the day (around 2pm) and wore it all day (until around midnight). However, you’re supposed to use it once a week AT NIGHT and then wash it off in the morning. So even if there is a chalky residue or it’s peely the next day, thats fine - you’re not meant to be walking around with it on all day. Finally, because you’re using it at night, you don’t need to wear makeup over it. The next day when you wake up and wash it off, you can wear makeup as usual. However this works so well you’ll probably find you won’t need to. I was hesitant to let the vendor remove my undereye concealer to try this on me and my eyes looked better with no makeup and this product on than when I was wearing makeup.Review:I tried this at the National women’s show in Toronto yesterday and could not believe it. I am 29 and have very puffy under eye bags and my eczema has left me with a bit of premature undereye wrinkles. My undereye bags were about 80-90% gone within 5 mins of using this product. The price is expensive but it’s a treatment that you only use once a week and you just need a drop (smaller than your pinky fingernail) per eye so it will last for a year. I was told you use it once a week for 1 year and then don’t use it for 4 years. So really, you’re getting 5 years worth of eye treatment for this price if that’s true. I just couldn’t believe how well this worked - I feel so self conscious about my puffy eyes and they just flattened right out! I didn’t see any change in wrinkles but so far I have only used it once. My friend’s mother (55) also tried it. She also has puffy eyes (more intensely than mine of course due to age difference) and she has significant dark circles. It completely took away the darkness of her under eyes - it’s like she was wearing some amazing concealer but she wasn’t. And it completely depuffed her eyes. She teared up over how well this worked for her. We both purchased the product.

My lines are still my lines ... no magic potion here
I was accosted by a saleswoman at the mall. She put this on over my makeup and I noticed a huge difference in 5 minutes - tightened my under eye wrinkles! She vaguely gave me the once a week talk, but then said wait until you see it under your makeup! I'm 60 years old and have mild bags and mediocre lines under my eyes. Under my makeup was catastrophic! It settled into my lines as did all my makeup. I stuck to the once a week and after 9 months the change was undetectable. It may work better for the 25-40 group as their signs of aging are minimal. Also - at the mall I was quoted a price of $350 but if I bought that day it was $149. I'm so ashamed that I didn't go to Google to see it priced for $125. The product never worked again like it did that day ahe put it on me. She sold it much more as a tightener than a skin regimen. Either way - $149 out the window. I could've gotten some botox instead!

This actually DOES work
I'm not sure why there are bad reviews because this really does work. I was "accosted" by a salesgirl at their store in Lahaina who slapped some cream under one eye. It's not a filler, it's a tightener. I don't really have bags or wrinkles, but this tightened my skin so much, it make my eyes look huge. I looked like a teenager again. I'm also not real sure why they charge nearly $1000 for this online on their site, as I bought it in their store for less than $200. It allegedly lasts a year, and you apply it once a week at night. Why at night when no one can see my bigger eyes? I apply it in the morning. I also use it more than once a week when I need photos done. The biggest, and so far, only thing I don't like is the unfortunate packaging. The syringe looks like an enema applicator.

This does work but over priced.
My wife liked this and I always purchased it for her and it was about $150 a syringe then and she always wanted to back up so I purchased that as well but when she went to use the backup only a little bit came out and when I went to open the syringe up there was nothing else in it and and her backups never sat around for a long time but based on that I will never buy it again because when you receive it you actually never know how much is in there.
