Sturdy enough for light duty use
I bought this to hold my Hitachi miter saw. I installing composite deck boards. The stand held the saw fine and was stable. The supports for the boards however were off center so I had to use a roller support. But it worked fine and made my work so much easier.

Rock solid miter saw stand. 👍
The Red Leg miter saw stand is well built and sturdy. But I mounted my Hitachi 10” chop saw on it and the front mounting holes would not line up. The back mounting holes lined up perfectly. It can easily be modified with wood blocks at the front mounting holes. I mean it’s sturdy and rock solid with only the two rear mounts. So it’s not a complete failure. It’s well worth the money. I do intend to modify the mounting process on my saw though. But I’m very pleased and not disappointed at all. I would recommend it. Just keep in mind you might have to modify the mounting process. Depending on the saw you have or purchase.

Who wrote these assembly instructions?
Eventually you'll assemble it but will probably be scratching your head while looking at the instructions. First, you pull it out of the box and there's not too many parts. The first thing I noticed peculiar was the rubber strap under the main beam. What's it's purpose? One side is permanently attached but the other side doesn't go anywhere. There appears to be a latch on the other leg but it's backwards and riveted so the strap won't latch there. Ok, I just ignored that part as there's a metal/wire loop that secures the legs. Putting the supports are kinda straight forward. The instruction's parts list illustration shows all the bolt the same size so you actually have to know which bolt is longer by it's written description. After you figure that out there's the issue of bolting the rails to the locking arms. The diagram shows one way but it's not going to fit when you go to mount the miter saw. Pretty much gotta wing this part. Finally, one diagram shows the miter saw blade toward the locking clamps and the next shows the blade away from the clamps. I guess you decide. Ironically, I cant blame this on Chinese interpretation. It appears to be native English but they darn sure don't explain things very well. Like I said, eventually you'll figure it out. Got it together and mitered out some landscaping timbers for an octagon planter. Worked out just fine.

Stout and works great
Works better than expected. Installation of the stand was a bit of an adventure, but getting my saw lined up took only a couple seconds. only issue I had was when you let the saw go back after a cut front legs rock back with it, just have to ride the saw back and no problem

Easy to put together , but it is a low stand
Nice quality, easy to assemble, but it sits low. If you are 6' foot or more you will really be bending over.

A great buy if you are on a budget!!!
Setup was a breeze even though the manual is vaguely written to say the least. The item came w/ a few dents and what appeared to be scuffs but overall, i'm happy wit the product.
