NusaPure Polypodium Leucotomos Extract 2400mg 200 Veggie Capsules (Vegetarian, Non-GMO, Vegan)

It does what it’s supposed to do. I have seen improvement in the spots on my face since using this product.

This stuff works great for me. I am a very fair skinned brunette living in the south. I've always had to use strong susnscreen. (My husband calls it SPF house paint.) Even with the sunscreen, I would always have to find a shady spot or I would burn. I don't burn anymore. I tan. I still use the sunscreen, also. But no more looking for the shady spot or hiding under a towel when we are at the lake.

I live in Florida and I take one of these every morning. I have fair skin and I haven't had a sunburn in years. It is very economical. It is the active ingredient in another expensive drugstore brand.

This supplement was shipped quickly, and the capsules are easy for me to swallow. Hard to know if they are working yet, but I have hope that they'll give me additional protection (along with topical SPF) from the sun.

2400 mg is way too high a dosage and I couldn’t return it.Has side effects of fatigue and bloating when taken at high dosage.Be careful.
