I recently received this brace and I think I know why some people are not seeing an improvement.The instructions say that it won't correct dowager's hump but I think they mean if that condition is due to osteoporosis or some other health problem. Poor posture unrelated to medical conditions can be improved, imo. My rounded shoulders are always about 90% straightened while wearing the brace. (I'm 58.)When you put the brace on, you need to stand in the posture you want to have. Some of the pictures look like people are putting it on while still slouched. If you're having bad posture (not due to a serious medical condition) while it's on, imo it's being worn incorrectly. If you're completely comfortable or it feels like you're wearing a bra, it won't help. You really have to tighten it to a moderate level of being uncomfortable and only wear it for the recommended times.I slouch from using a computer all day and when I tighten it to prevent slouching, it immediately forces me to sit straight up. I wear it over a tee shirt because I need the shoulder straps tight and for me, they definitely dig in under the arms. I have the part around the ribcage tight but it's not painful.They call the hook and loop fastener "Velcro" but I don't think it's actually Velcro brand. As another reviewer said, the velcro style closures feel cheap and like they won't last very long. If you have a sewing machine you may be able to sew on some better quality velcro if it stops working while the brace is still in good useable condition. I'm happy with this item and definitely recommend it.

I ordered this item without much expectations given that the one I've order before (Not from Amazon) didn't really do the job. This one on the other hand, did exactly what it was supposed to do and I've been using it almost every day ever since I got it. It is easy to use, the materials seem of good quality, the price is right, and above all... it relieves my back pain due to long hours of standing up at my job. Highly recommended if you want a better posture and less back pain.

A few weeks ago I decided to try the Fit Geno brand posture corrector because I spent many hours sitting and felt that my back was starting to resent. The truth is, it has been a great decision, The material is soft, breathable and not noticeable under the clothes, so I can use it while I work, read or even do homework. In general, I am very satisfied with the product and recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable and effective way to improve your posture.

I ordered this because after having a baby my back felt so out of wack form no more core muscle. It has given my back the support it needs. The size I ordered for perfectly so I believe the sizing is correct. The only thing I didn’t like was it feels a bit bulky under my clothing but it’s to be expected. I feel like this was good quality for the price I paid.

I have always had sort of poor posture. I think mostly from growing tall as a girl very young. I always have upper back and neck pain. I am also developing a slight hump. I put this on and after a few adjustments it was like magic how much better I felt. Just getting the right alignment was fantastic. Using it daily for just over a week has shown a difference in my neck pain. Very nice and well made brace.

Wearing this correctly and cinched tightly, but it does not correct the ability to slouch. For me, whole purpose is to force me to keep my back straight. Issue lies in the shoulder straps.

This posture corrector is simply beautiful. The pink color is soft and feminine, and it really does the job. Since I started wearing it, I feel more aligned and aware of my posture all day long. It’s comfortable, adjustable, and doesn’t bother under clothes. I loved it!

Posture is something I’m starting to pay more attention to. As someone that frequently finds herself sitting hunched over like a question mark, I like using this posture corrector to remind myself to keep my back straight, you can feel the straight metal brace in the back. I can tell it’s working because each time I use it, I get this somewhat sore feeling, similar to how a body part would feel after you just worked out. My parents even love wearing it too.
