I've used several organic enema coffees and this one is the best and easiest to use. I can't testify to the detox aspect of coffee enemas, all I know is that I feel relaxed and calm when I finish one. But Green Detox is certainly as good as any other I've used and it makes sense to me that their light handling of the coffee (no heavy roasting) is likely to maximize the detoxing oils & acids of coffee. What tips this product over the top for me is that it's ground only to granules rather than into near dust. It's SO easy to work with & clean up after and doesn't stain your enema bag.P.S. I'm old and have been developing a tendency to constipation in the last couple of years. Regular coffee enemas (I average about 2 a week) eliminate that and I can eat whatever I please without worrying about constipation. Much better than having to use laxative teas!

I don’t usually post review even when being ask for it unless I’m truly satisfied with the product purchased. This organic coffee enema is truly one of the best I’ve used and I don’t plan on switching anytime soon.1) the first time I used it, I wasn’t able to hold it in for more than 5 minutes, my body needed to go and release all of these toxins inside of it. I was okay with first time trying it this way, i felt slightly less bloated and less heavier but still in need to get another round of cleanse for sure.2) the next day which is the second day, I did it at night. This time my body held in for 12 minutes top and the releasing of the toxins that was sitting in my colon was beyond gross. I couldn’t believed my body had so much toxic inside of it . I felt so relieved, so discharged of toxic, less bloating and to be frank finally feeling alive in this body of mine. Next day? I was feeling less hungry for fast food, less sugar craving but wanting to drink water instead. My skin? I had acnes showing themselves all over my face, now I’m on day 4th and they sure are exiting themselves out for sure.This coffee works and also is helping me recharging myself by getting rid of toxic inside of my colon.Note: if you don’t like this coffee because of the beans clogging your enema kit bag, simple, try a strainer with smaller holes probably.If you feel it didn’t help you release anything? Try it again the next day at night.

This stuff really works. I will keep this in stock. I had never used a detox enema before. It had useful instructions and information. I really feel better after I started using this. At first I feel a little euphoric and a little light headed. Not to the point of concern and was short in duration. Afterwords I feel better. Researching the benefits of detox enemas I just kept finding more and more positive benefits. I think this is one of the premium products and was $2 more. I use this before I take my night time meds. I don’t know if the light euphoric feeling is something common or just me. I take meds for heart disease, high blood pressure, heart failure and arrhythmias. Diabetes and nerve damage. Bone cancer and clotting disorder and other complications from it. Depression and anxiety. . Also testosterone shots. Mumps are bad. That’s all I have to say about that. This product makes me feel better. I can’t imagine how well it would make a normal person feel. I did notice a slow and steady weight loss over time. I just feel better. I did not expect that.

Good beans and roast but very course grind. Milling a bit more in a Nutribullet helps to get it finer for better extraction of caffeine.

First and foremost, read the instructions and read the reviews. Follow the instructions carefully, but if after reading the reviews the potential burst of energy or something else concerns you, don’t start out full strength. Every person is different. Every body and every individual will respond to a coffee enema differently. Start out with 1/2 of the recommended scoops and maybe don’t let it steep as long and then work up from there. I actually double the dilution part and was perfectly satisfied with the results and will continue with that same method each time. I didn’t get the jitters and I didn’t get any strange feelings or side effects. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a pleasant, gentle, effective detox that works.

Keep in mind that this is going to be VERY different than a regular coffee enema. It has zero coffee smell(hardly any smell at all and the smell it does have smells like peas.). It is extremely gentle and a regular coffee enema is acidic, which is what I believes gets the toxins out. It doesn't feel like the regular coffee enema when using it or afterwards either. It is more like a water enema with a little more to push it out and cleanse. It doesn't have the feeling throughout the body like the regular coffee enema that you can feel the toxins getting pulled out of your skin.Positives are that there is no stomach discomfort or dehydrated feeling afterwards. It is very gentle.I won't buy it again for the reason that I don't believe it is actually causing the liver to release more bile and toxins. However, it will get you a gentle clean out(since I can't return it, I will just use it for clean out in between the regular brand and type I use for detox).

This is a great value for organic green enema coffee (green is much better for enemas than roasted!) Seems like most of the 1-2 star reviews tried to brew it in a coffee maker or press and drink it. NO! That's not what it's for people...read the listing. It's a great value and quality enema coffee... love it!
