Terrible artificial flavour, tastes like Parma violets with artificial bitterness. Don't waste your money.

Although these bitters can easily overpower with their bright floral flavour, if you find the right cocktail they can become indispensable. They can work very well with floral gin drinks or, weirdly, as a modifier to rum cocktails too where that mysterious, magical cocktail thing happens and they slip right in to bring out nuances you didn't even imagine existed.

You only need a couple of drops of this in your G&T to transform it into a wonderful yet subtle flavoured drink! Seems expensive initially but you dont need to use much at all in your drink to get the effect. Definitely going to be buying this again when it runs out.
