The one chain was jammed somehow between the circles of the Time Turner. It took a bit of surgery to unfix it and its perfect. It's not the sellers fault, the manufacturer should have packaged it better, ensuring the chain was separated from the charm. Everything is the perfect size, the Time Turner is legible all the way around, and is pretty solid! all the other items are wonderful. I am using some as gifts and I am very excited to wear the ones I've decided to keep!
