I use this product to help stop snoring, because when I am snoring, when get up my throat be sore, using this product my throat is not sore in the morning.

Fits well. Strong velcro. Stays on well.

This is ok I really didn't expect much from it.It doesnt stop open mouth breathing or snoring, if anything my teen snores more and the mouth breathing while sleep and awake has not changed if anything I've noticed he does it more than he did before.
