These are cute little Koala earrings with a simulated birthstone. Mine are for July, so a red stone. The earrings perfectly fit my earlobes, and are not overly large or small. They did not irritate my ears when I tried them on (and I have had some from Amazon that did). They come in a little gift box (just cardboard, not a fancy jewelry box) with a cleaning cloth and little plastic things that that can be used as stud protectors, although they also have a traditional metal earring back.
