Classic Desserts Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

I wish I had realised that the book is American. The recipes are awful and reliant on packet mixes etc, as so many American recipes are.

The recipes like Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Fudge, Cheesecake, and others are very easy because you use Eagle Brand Condensed Milk and it is a great shortcut. The results of the recipes is excellent.

The book we received doesn't have a cover, so it's not clear if it's the exact book that's displayed in the image. We have the original and this book is smaller. We haven't found the original to compare it, so it might be the same.
