I’ve been using this since 2014… I started off by buying it from dollar tree… once I got my husband on the Amazon train… Ge found this product and so much cheaper than buying 4 at a time at dollar tree! I take 2 in the morning before working out. Only suggestion is WATER, WATER, WATER! But gives me the boost I need

Thickness is ok, it does have caffeine, I can only take 1 a day 2 is to much for me, slowly seeing the weightloss with continue use, I don't feel jittery with 1 dose, 2 doses will keep you up sometimes extremely late.
