Wheelchair 24" x 1 3/8" Inner Tube Car Valve ITS Brand

i received this item in super quick time. after fitting it to my mothers wheelchair it became apparant that it was fault. upon closer inspection i found 3 tiny holes in the inner tube. i emaled the sellar who gave me a full refund..i guess i just received a faulty item so dont really want to give a negative review.
