Not only does this cream smell wonderful it actually helps with my restless legs at night. Ot also helps with legs and foot cramps

I rub this magnesium creme on my legs and feet every night before I go to bed. It absorbs directly into the muscles and prevents leg cramps during my sleep. I have also taken magnesium orally for leg cramps, however you have to take just the right amount to avoid loose bowels and too much magnesium can impact the heart rhythm, both of which I have experienced. So now I rub about a tablespoon into each leg and foot, and I'm good to go. No waking up with a horrific leg cramp that you have to jump out of bed in the middle of the night and stand on to calm it down. With the creme I simply don't get the leg cramps and get to sleep without disturbance. .

I had heard something about magnesium cream and thought I'd give this one a try. Not only does it have a nice, calming smell to it but its not overpowering. The other thing I love is that this cream doesn't cause my skin to become irritated either. More importantly, I apply this on at night because that is when I usually get my leg cramps. And before anyone says that I just need to drink more water or just take vitamins, I have literally been trying that for years now. However, when I started using this cream the first night, I noticed that while I had some cramping, but they weren't as severe as they were the night before or like I normally have. I wasn't expecting results that fast but they did help them to be not severe that first week. By the second week, none! Absolutely love this cream and I found a little goes a long way. Plus its really moisturizing.

We haven’t experienced any relaxation or relief as advertised. Not very absorbent. At least it doesn’t have an overtly lavender scent.

I'm waiting to see actual results. It smells nice, and is a good moisturizer, so that's why I'm giving it 3 stars. If the review doesn't change, then I never saw results 🤣 I'll update if it gets better.
