I wanted the paper towel holder with the spray function from simple human but couldn't justify spending $70 on a paper towel holder. This is a great dupe and works well

Look elegant and affordable , very verstile

This paper towel holder was simple to assemble and has a good weight to the base that prevents it from tipping over. The silicone padding at the bottom also helps keep it from moving as you tear paper towels off the roll.I was most interested in the two notable features: the arm that's meant to make tearing off towels one-handed easy, and the sprayer bottle in the top. Those seemed like useful advancements, and I noted other similar towel holders were much more expensive.The holding arm keeps the end of the towel roll from unraveling at all, which looks s little neater. It's not good at helping tear off paper towels one-handed, though. In testing it I found I pretty regularly got extra towels when I tried to tear off just one. I imagine it's tricky to balance putting enough pressure on the roll to make tearing off sheets easy without also preventing the roll from spinning. Considering that was one of the main draws, though, I find it disappointing that it doesn't work for me. It might work better for different brands of paper towels, though, as the perforations between sheets should make it easier or harder to tear them off.The spray bottle is okay. It feels a little cheap compared to the rest of the unit. It's pretty small, and it sprays a fine mist without much volume. It might be good for disinfectant or glass cleaner, where you don't need to use much. The lock on it turns in the same direction as unscrewing the lid, though, which makes it easy to do accidentally while unlocking it. It can, however, be left unlocked. I do like that it slots into the top and connects to the unit by pressing it like a button. I don't often need to carry my paper towels around while they're still on the holder, but it is an option the loop on top of the spray bottle makes available.

I came across a product like this through an Amazon influencer. Looked it up, saw the reviews were great and bought this one. Love it. No excuses from the family to not clean up the mess. No need to go looking for the spray cleaner since it's attached to the paper towel holder. Totally worth the money.

Really like the arm that keeps on paper towels roll tight.

We thought we had to return this - because of the need to assemble ; but it turned out it was easy. No return needed.
