I was sick of buying parchment paper..saved me some money..its good quality easy to use and easy to clean..

Generally, I use Teflon baking sheets and find these work well, so my review of these silicon sheets, in many ways, is how they compare with Teflon.The two sheets come vacuum packed and as such I was concerned that they may show the signs of the fold, but no, as the material is flexible, they lie flat when open. Compared with the stiffer Teflon sheets that tend to curl (often sheets come rolled) and keep their folds, this is a definite advantage if wanting a flat surface (Teflon sheets are probably better for lining the sides of a cake tin etc. because of their stiffness). The main centre section of the silicon sheets looks like mesh, but I can confirm its solid, but I believe there is a thin mesh sandwiched between silicon layers on the outside to hold the silicon together (stop tearing). These sheets are a set size so unlike Teflon sheeting which can be cut to size, I am hesitant in doing this with these silicon sheets. So regarding stickability, both do equally as well, everyone knows Silicon is a good surface for cooking on, its nonstick and is able to handle high temperature.These are good non-stick sheets, easy to use, they don’t smell are easy to wash and food doesn’t stick to them, although with the light cream centre I would imagine in time this surface may stain

These baking sheets are great, easily washable and easy to use, great addition to your home baking

Fits quarter sheet pans and are very thin, but work perfectly. Came folded, which concerned me, but the folds have disappeared after washing and baking a batch of sticky granola, which did not stick to the sheets! Roasting a split butternut squash did leave stains, but did not transfer any flavor to later projects. All in all, worth the price.

I really like these. They are thin and work great. I bought thicker ones and the jury is still out. Recommend these.

Nice product..

Worked well to protect the pan and prevent sticking. A little hard to clean grease off of but that’s the nature of the product I suppose. I’m happy I purchased it

These were cheaper than my first ones. They will last about a year. Thinner than most. I would recommend the Amazon brand over these.
