This is my second bag in about six years . I carried so many lions and electronics I just wore the other one out. No fault of the product. I used it every working day. I added a Velcro label with my initials to customize it.

Bag quality is top notch but not what I needed. FYI, the computer case is outside but off center so when the bag is set down it wants to fall over due to the bottom being wider that the top. I installed an admin molle pouch that dumps out when the bag falls over. To get into the bag, the flap has to be lifted up and over so again the molle pouch dumps. Learned my lesson----quality is good and well sewn but definitely not good for access INSIDE the bag. One last issue, it would be nice if the shoulder strap pad were the more tactile style allowing better adhesion to the shoulder clothing.

i bought this to use as a work bag as well as an every day carry bag. it is bigger then i thought it would be which is great. i am able to fit everything i need in there, including work stuff and some basic survival gear, and then there is still some extra room. it has a lot of pockets and i really like the fact that it has a water bottle pocket as well. i take this with me everywhere i go and it is everything i hoped it would be. overall, this is a great product and is well worth the price.

Good bag overall, the only complaint is that the flap clip strap seems to be a light weight elastic material that is already showing signs of wear (I've only been using the bag about a month

I know it was not intended for this purpose, but this is the perfect workout bag. It has three integrated drink holders that are perfect for blender bottles.

I bought my Frag Bag II at a US Air Force BX/military clothing sales store during a discount sale. Even without the discount this bag would be worthwhile at the Amazon price. Complaints by some other reviewers are legitimate: the bag doesn't hang from the hand quite right when a laptop is in its pocket, and internal access is less than stellar. The MOLLE patch is mostly foofoo though some will find it handy (I use one loop to hold a green-smoke grenade).The zipper pulls could be more conspicuous and I enhanced mine with red tape. What works for me is the additional space for books and documents in addition to the laptop compartment, and the zipper-closing compartments for the few items I need to secure properly (that is a big shortcoming on most other bags that use velcro since their velcro closures create insecure and leaky pockets). The hand-carry handle is not cushy but it's adequate unless you are loading something heavier than you should.The computer compartment padding is about "good average" and more than I really needed since I don't use this bag for battering miscreants. The Amazon advertisement of dimensions is a bit wonky: correct in one place and wrong in another. The somewhat-correct numbers from the product label are: 17 inches wide and 14 deep, with the 5.5 inch thickness really dependent on how much you can stuff in. However, I measured the empty bag and it came to about 19.5 inches (outside dimension at the top of the bag). The bag is well made and I expect many years of use from it.Edit later: I found this bag so useful and recommendable that I went back and bought another one.Edit later later: The handy hook and loop (velcro) patches (one is hook, the other loop) on the outside of the bag let you attach two ACU-size name tapes. This means you can get a name-tape with "EOD" on it and really give yourself and the TSA hooligans a hard time at airport security. Don't ask how I know this.
