I ordered this book on a whim because the title resonated with me and I saw that it had a forward by Brandon Turner. I’m working on a rental property right now and reading this book has been really helpful in keeping me focused on the bigger picture of real estate investing instead of getting lost in the house project. I recommend this book to any new investor and any experienced investor who wants a quick refresher on key real estate investing concepts. I also appreciate that this book doesn’t try to sell you on anything else. The author isn’t selling a course or referring you to a coaching program that cost tens of thousands of dollars.

What a great read! I loved that it wasn’t so technical that everything was over my head, but at the same time, it was technical enough so that I could actually put the steps he mentioned into practice for myself. The author made sure to write this book in a way where it was also inspiring and put a great deal of, motivation into me after I read it !
