These are great tasting gummies geared toward increasing collagen production and are a great tasting way to get those extra nutrients. Among other things it contains B12 which I tend to be mildly deficient in and never realized that would be something that affected my skin. I usually take it to help with energy but knowing it might affect my skin also will be a good reminder for me to take it. I'm not worried so much about the form of B12 that's used as it's very common, and my reading (via McGill University) tells me the amount of cyanide used in most vitamins and supplements is small and easily processed by the liver. Also that other types of B12 tend to degrade more quickly which is why they aren't used as often. So I'm pretty comfortable with taking it.

These taste good and have a good chewy texture.The ingredients state it is made from pectin, an apple product. The label doesn't state any protein per serving so I am not sure whether there is much collagen in them, however they have a very pleasant taste and do list vitamins like biotin.I like them and they taste good. No dyes, they are colored with vegetable juices.

Good taste, but you can buy the top name brand (the one that's for your hair, skin and nails) for less than half the price of these Bounce Curls . These have higher levels of the active ingredients but you also pay so much for these that you could double up on the name brand and it would still cost less than what you pay for these.
