Fantastic budget-minded waders
I'm planning on getting into fly fishing, and was getting tired of trying to get my 12ft Smoker Craft back on the trailer on lakes with shallow boat ramps. If the weather is great, no worries - just wade in. If it is cold out, the LAST thing I want to do is get wet or risk having the water go over the top of my rain boots though. In addition, if I'm fishing in the rain I was getting tired of getting wet clothes. These work for both fly fishing, and solve problem with shallow ramps while staying dry on rainy fishing days.At roughly $35, these were a bargain. I was cautiously optimistic, but still willing to return them right away if I felt they were poorly made. They appear extremely well made, have very heavy duty line fabric, and the seam at the boots looks super solid. They also come with a roughly 3x3" patch and rubber cement in the event they get a hole or tear. The wide suspenders help keep them up and the belt is equally durable and practical. The two loops at the front of the suspenders are great for clipping on a pair of fishing pliers or other accessories on a short bungee rope. The lone pocket for them rests against your sternum on the inside of the waders and although it doesn't have a zipper or closure, the only way anything should ever fall out is if you do somersaults... The sizing in the chart is a little bit generous, but still works. I'm 5-10, 215 with size 10.5 to 11 shoes, depending on the brand. I bought size 11 based on the chart and found that they fit like I expected a set of waders would, although the boots were a touch large. Not "this simply won't work" large, but "well, I guess I have plenty of room for some super thick wool socks when I go fishing this winter" large. All things said, they fit, are comfortable, and the tread on the bottoms of the boots looks super sturdy with aggressive lugs.I got to use them today for the first time at one of those shallow boat ramps. I waded in with a little bit of trepidation, and slowly got past my waist with no leaks whatsoever. A pair of sweat pants underneath gave plenty of insulation against the somewhat cold lake water. The lake bottom near the ramp had anywhere from 1/2 to 2" river rocks and the boots gripped just fine. Walked back out of the lake and the water beaded up and ran right off. Fished the next 2-3 hours in my boat (sitting), and they were extremely comfortable to wear. For $35, I literally couldn't be more pleased. No, they don't come with waterproof pockets, a waterproof zipper up the front, or a velcro chest pad for hanging your flies or tackle. If/when I decide I need those, I will spend more money next time while using these as a spare for family and friends. For someone who will use these 2-4 times per month on average, I'm a very happy camper.

Keeps me dry and warm
These waders feel well made, not too light weight, and not too heavy. I had a chance to test these waders out last weekend and so far, they seem well made and do what they are supposed to do- keep you dry. I made the mistake of getting out of my kayak and stepped into some deep mud. The waders were up to the task, even after being stuck up to my knees. My only complaint is the lack (how should I say this) easy access for potty emergencies.

These Exceeded Expecations and Got the Job Done!
We recently returned from a salmon fishing trip in Alaska. We spent A LOT of time in the river and these waders definitely got the job done: they kept me dry and warm. I ordered and tried on several pairs, comparing fit and ease of movement more than several times. I was so tired of changing and trying them out, not sure in the end of the pair I picked would work out, but I'm happy to report that these did. I was nervous about leaking, especially where the boots met the pants, but I had no issues whatsoever. I liked that this pair came with a patch and glue, a waterproof phone case on a lanyard and that it had a pocket on the inside of the front chest area.I am 6'1" tall and purchased size M9/W11. I wear a size 10.5-11 shoe and these boots fit great, even with thick socks. Because I am so tall and the material of these waders does not stretch, I found that it wasn't the easiest to sit down. That was an issue with every pair I tried, but I remedied this with unstrapping the shoulder straps when I knew I'd be sitting for an extended period of time, i.e. when we went on a boat charter down the river. If you are concerned about this, I'd recommend looking into a pair of neoprene waders. Just note that those don't come with attached boots. Each leg ends in a neoprene booty so you'd need a separate pair of waterproof boots OR old shoes you plan to throw away at the end of your trip/experience.Also, I was worried about these having a strong plastic odor, but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and it was mild to non-existent. These packed just fine and weren't overly heavy, but you should still take the added weight into account when packing. Not sure when I plan to wear these waders again, so I'll update in the future if needs be, but I recommend these, especially at the price point.

Review
Work well. We'll worth the price. Use while clamming and harvesting oysters in the PNW. With sweats underneath and thick socks stay perfectly comfortable. Bought 1 pair originally for my wife. After I saw them, I bought myself a pair to replace my stocking foot bibs for these activities.

There was a hole is my husband's after one wear on the thigh. He patched it up and the next time he wore them, his right foot got soaked

Belt snapped
Well waterproof. However the souls where so thin as to hurt to stand on uneven ground .. properly lippy too. I slipped over in them and dislocated me little finger. Was dieing to cry. Also bent down and the belt clip snapped. Disappointing really.
