This bench set totally exceeded my expectations. It was super easy to assemble and adjust, which made setup a breeze. The adjustment ability is excellent — I can switch between exercises without wasting time, and the height settings work well for someone tall like me.The sturdiness is what impressed me the most. This thing feels rock solid, even during heavy bench presses and leg curls. No wobble at all. It also folds up nicely, which is a huge plus if you're working with limited space, like I am.The preacher curl and leg extension/curl attachments are a nice touch and surprisingly comfortable to use. Exactly what I needed! Was not hard to assemble, just took a bit of time, as expected.I am now able to do all of my weight workouts with this thing! Very sturdy and have had no issues. Have used four tim s now for my daily workouts. Highly recommend this product!

I am absolutely satisfied with this bench. It's worth the money. It's easy to set up and the 37 inch arm span between resting the bar on the J- hook stans is the perfect length ( no worries about pinching your hands. The incline / decline feature is perfect also. I dud not attach the curl bar ...but it's very easy to add/ remove to your setup. The benc is collapsible and storage in a double car garage is no problem. I would recommend this bench to anyone looking for a home setup.

The bench worked fantastic, I was concerned for a bigger sized guy as myself but I fit perfectly, the bench is perfectly adjustable in height to fit myself perfectly under the bar. I have been doing workouts on this for the last couple months and it has held sturdy and consistent! No safety concerns bench pressing 200 pounds and carrying my body thats another 200 pounds! Very easy to build, took me an hour to assemble the parts by myself and I enjoyed it!
