Ive purchased two of these one 36×72 and one 24x72 as I needed something better than shower curtains to protect my bed from my potty kitty who will pee on my bed when shes upset about something. I love her and to keep the peace lol i bought this product and wish id thought to go this route years ago! At about 1/16th of an inch it is thick enough to be pet claw and liquid substance proof. When its not on my bed its on berber carpet. It does not slip or slide. Does not need to be put in sun at least not here in florida weather. Possibly in the cold it could take longer for the plastic to lay flat but for me it laid flat upon taking out of box. Mild plastic smell did not last long. Looks very nice. Packaged and shipping excellent. I would certainly recommend to anyone. The price is very fair for what you receive!

Exactly what I wanted!!
Just had new carpet installed and wanted to protect the first steps into the room. Previous carpet showed heavy traffic and dirt in this location. I wanted a quality protector for the 3 adults and 2 dogs that come and go into this important room where we watch TV and relax. This is working very well. It is a well made piece that stays in place. Love it!

Perfect size and durability as a protective mat for my massive bird cage
I recently moved to a new apartment and that transition included one of carpet to hardwood floor. My flock of 7 parakeets live together in a double size breeding/flight cage (I don’t breed them, I just want them to have the most space possible) and the dimension plus thickness of this floor protector will help immensely to protect my hardwood floor from bird poop.
