Great e-bike! We purchased 2 Heybike Rangers- one for myself and one for my husband. He is 6'2" while I am 5'3" and they work well for each of us. We like the fact that they are foldable which makes it easy to transport. We can fit them both in the back seat of my husband's F250, when we pull our camper. We bought a velcro strap to hold the bike together when folded. The front suspension works great as it makes for a smoother ride. We drove down Highway 30A in Florida's panhandle and it was awesome. We rode for about 18 miles and still had 2 bars on the battery when we got back. I used the throttle most of the time and my husband used the pedal assist more. (He weighs 70 pounds more than me).The bikes can go quite fast and we only use #1 or #2 speed, depending on how many people are on the road at the time. The bikes are a little heavier than we'd like but I guess that's the way it goes for an e-bike. They are solid for sure and should hold up for a long time. They're fun and easy to ride. We're very happy with our purchase.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to their customer service team as they were just awesome while keeping me updated throughout the delivery process and sending a new transmission and transmission guard which was damaged during shipment! The bikes were packed very well! I must say that their response was very quick and hassle free! Also, they compensated me very well for the delay that took place with the shipping company which just so happened to be during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday buying explosion! I have to say that they were very professional and handled the situation very well!Secondly, the bikes are just awesome! I bought two of the green ranger 2.0’s, and they are gorgeous, powerful, and fast! I am 5’ 10”, and I weigh 235 lbs which this bike handled very well! The sticker on the bike says that it has 1400 peak watts, and I saw 29 mph on the one I rode! I haven’t riden the other bike as I am waiting on the arrival of a new transmission and transmission guard, but they are on the way!Finally, I highly recommend this bike! This my first e-bike, and I absolutely love it!

When I first got this bike it had shipped with a faulty battery that maybe went 10-15 miles before it would die, but the customer service is genuinely worth noting. I had emailed them and in a day or less than that they had given me instructions for possible solutions to the bikes issues, apologized and offered a new battery on the spot. The new one goes about 8 miles or so before a single battery bar depletes, so definitely an improvement. My previous chinese bike brand ghosted me after I tried to get replacement brakes; so if you're worried about the reliability of the company that your giving your money to then I would recommend Heybike.

Great customer service

We absolutely love our new Heybike Rangers...We bought one to try it out first. It arrived on time and was packaged VERY well. I was thankful it came almost fully assembled so putting the last few pieces on were pretty easy. My husband and I each took it for a spin and we loved it so much we decided to buy another one right away! (We actually put the order in the same day our first one arrived!!) We were surprised that the bikes would work so well for both of us. I am 5'5" and my husband is 6'3" - We thought we'd have to buy him a bigger bike but these bikes fit us both perfectly. The seats can be easily adjusted. We bought the bikes to ride around home and to bring with us on all our camping trips to the State and National Parks w biking trails. We love that they fold up so easily. They both fit in our RV garage for transport (one on each side). We just love that we can bring them along and can hit the trails wherever we go! We really like the 4" wheels. They really make a difference when you transition from highway to gravel or to the beach... you never miss a beat! We haven't need to call customer service for anything - everything came in perfect condition and works like a charm. We highly recommend these bikes... they are so well made and so much fun!

Okay everything isn't always perfect, as in the directions for assembly were a little unclear and could have used a few better pictures, but I was able to get it assembled properly using common sense. Once assembled, battery charged, this bike delivers as promised. I've nicknamed it "zippy" because guess what, it's zippy! Caveat, this is my first and only ebike, so I really have nothing to compare, however, a few friends have been on it and all agree with me. I also bought a golf bag bracket from a company call Divnick Golf. This bike allows me to zip around the golf course faster than with a golf cart. This bike folds and I can store it in the back of my mid-sized SUV. This bike is extremely sturdy and somewhat heavy. Overall it is very easy to use. Very happy with my HeyBike Ranger!

Very nice bike. Well built and not bad to assemble. Fun to ride and stays well charged after a ten mile ride.

Received this bike a few days prior to the shipping estimate which was less than a week. It arrived well packaged with only minor paint damage that can be easily touched up. Cold weather and rain has prevented any real use so far but it seems very solid and well designed. I'm this price range I doubt anyone with be disappointed with this bike. And yes I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well designed foldable fat-tire ebike.
