I purchased this in hopes of finding a whitening strip that didn’t hurt my teeth. I saw the reviews for this, and honestly was a little skeptical, but the price point was really nice so I bought it!I don’t regret it. It’s only been 4 days, and my teeth are much much whiter. Not only that, my teeth don’t hurt or feel sensitive.I used the express strips first, and then switched to the professional. I also use the mouth wash twice a day. I will say, after the first two days, I also paired it with the Guru Nanda whitening toothpaste to get a more even whitening look. I love the toothpaste, and it came with a tongue scraper.All this to say, I’m just a regular person who wanted to write a review to tell you this does work, and you should give it a shot if you’re like me and need something less harsh on your teeth.

Most refreshing mouthwash. A little pricey for the amount. I haven’t noticed the whitening strips to be majorly helpful but the hubby says it helps whiten his teeth.

Guru is my new favorite brand! After I bought a pack of toothbrushes they sell in store now. I decided to look for more products. I’ve bought the oil, dual mouthwash, and the stripes. Needless to say they all work well! I love that any bundle you purchase it comes with free toothbrushes. However, what I do not like is the taste of the mouthwash. Unfortunately it did make me gag, I just can’t describe the taste of it😅

Both the mouth wash/rinse and the whitening strips worked great with whitening my teeth. The mouth wash had a pleasant minty taste and did not burn the mouth and the strips did not leave my teeth sensitive. Probably one of the best more natural teeth whitening products on the market!

This duo is such a good deal. The mouthwash is my favorite mouthwash to keep my oral health in check! The whitening strips are actually the best ones I’ve tried and I feel GOOD about using them! Such a better alternative to other options out there. I swear by guru nanda!
