BPS Deluxe Wooden Loft Ladder | Folding Attic Ladder with Twin Handrails and Insulated Hatch Door | Floor to Ceiling Heights up to 2.8m | Frame 1300 x 545mm

As a professional joiner , with 17 experience, I found this item reasonably priced , delivery in an ecceptable timeframe and the quality of the product was ok . The points I feel that would improve the item would be to clear coat or seal the ladder as it is very easy to leave dirty footprints on the treads when installing , and to make the hatch flush or slightly more set into the frame to make installation easier . If the hatch protrudes the frame it makes the installation a bit more complicated because the frame is higher up than the hatch and creates a problem when attaching architraves. Also the ladder was slightly off centre and when I tried to square it to the frame it started to rub .That is the only 3 problems I had with this ladder . I payed £160 for the product and that was a special offer , but overall not bad value for money but would pay the original asking price of over £300 .

Great Product . Would recommend 2 person installation and getting packing to go with it . Make sure it is square to ensure closes properly.Has made going in the loft alot easier, especially with larger objects.Only downside, If you have large feet they do not fit through the rungs as the top of the ladder fits on the door.

Happy with the loft hatch first one arrived damaged but was rectified and a new one delivered.I have two of these loft hatches install in my property and have recently bought a third.The stairs feel well made and have been used a fair bit with no issues.

Very good quality. Looks good in the ceiling when closed. Comfortable steps. Replaced a pull down metal set of ladders. Had to extend the hole in the ceiling but all good.

Excellent quality. I needed something bigger in size so that once the ladder was up I could still take the suitcases in the loft and this does that with ease.Plus the delivery was really fast. Many thanks!

Great loft ladder. I had a builder install it and it works great. Sturdy steps and wide opening. Easy to open/close with its spring loaded wizaedry. I'd recommend this to a friend (and have done).

Excellent, easy to now access the loft- much better and safer from any accidents with ladders coming down to fast. This loft ladder is spring loaded and safer to open and close.

Fits well into very small space.Well built with solid handles.
