High quality supplement and really good value. 360 tablets that come in an easy to use re sealable pouch, if I take them once a day as recommended then I have just under a year’s supply which is more than enough.I have bought these tablets because I want to boost my immune system and also hopefully improve the condition of my skin and was recommended by a friend that taking a zinc supplement would help do that. I wanted to wait a while before leaving a review, and I've now been taking a tablet a day everyday for the last 2months.It's only in the last 2 weeks or so I've really started to notice a difference, and that being in my nails. They're definitely looking healthier and feel much stronger.I'm eager to see what changes I'll see in another 2 months.Do ensure you take it with food.
