I've bought quite a few of these for myself and my daughters. My daughters can't fall asleep if they can hear ticking and also they don't wake up if the alarm isn't loud enough or if it doesn't go on for long enough. They find this clock to be good for themPros:* the motion of the clock hands is a very faint ticking which is the quietest I've managed to find with these sorts of analogue clocks* the alarm is very loud* the alarm will just keep ringing (as far as I know) until the on/off switch at the back of the clock is flicked* it wakes my daughters who sleep through many other makes of alarms they have tried before* it is a neat size for a bedside table, not too large (in my personal view), but large enough that the numbers can be read easily from across the room* it is straight forward to use. Clear dials and switches at the back of the clock.Cons:* the quality control of the products may not be the best. I received one which had a problem with the hands sticking/stopping. The other four I have bought have been fine. The faulty product was refunded with no problems.

The alarm stopped working after couple of weeks, the dials on the back of the clock were very loose.not worth the money.

Good after sales service from this company. Received a replacement for a faulty phone within days.
