All the Better Stuff: Practice knows no limits (Bass Players Guide to the Galaxy)

I already have the downloaded version, but I like having the physical copy of the book as well. If you are familiar with Janek's material it should come as no surprise that this book is amazing. I would also suggest All the Good Stuff, his book on Chordal Harmony and The Practice Routine. I can promise you that if you work through the material you will gain greater fluency on your instrument, increased harmonic knowledge, and the exercises are fun and keep you engaged. Another cool thing, the exercises are not style specific so they will help you no matter what style you play. I have been a working bassist for many years and have acquired a closet FULL of bass books, I can tell you I USE Janek's material daily........it really is THAT good.

I’m a year in as a beginner is this book to advanced for me at this time? Most of the reviews I’ve read have been from more experienced Bassist.
