Q: can I put this in my nutribullet to add to my smoothies

excellent idea ... I mix and add different Linwoods milled organics to yoghurts , soups , bread making ..endless possibilities even a small amount added in animal food .

Q: is this ground seeds or whole seeds

It was a while ago I used this but I am almost definite it is ground seeds. It was a fantastic product to put in a wide variety of meals/smoothies for health benefits.

Q: Can you cook with these seeds, or only sprinkle them on top of foods? I'd like to add to stir-fry.

You can also cook with these - many people add them to bread mixes or use as an egg replacement. You can also add to/sprinkle on stir fry, soups, salads etc.

Q: description states contains nuts. Is this correct please?

I haven’t encountered any nuts but they could be ground up small. Very tasty on my porridge!
