Great Purchase
I like that gummies contain MCT oil. I have used MCT oil in the past for weight loss and these gummies are providing me with same results. I saw a video with Dr. Barbara O'Neill and she suggested shillajit for belly fat elimination. I bought a bottle and I eat two per day after breakfast. I notice my clothes are looser and my elimination schedule, although not changed, it's much more natural feeling now. I stopped taking other herbs because they're so effective.
