I see others have had the same issue yet the seller clearly doesn't seem to care.No means to apply = waste of money.

Used when soundproofing
This worked well along side some sound proofing tiles in my recording room. Can't comment on whether the filler itself works wonders but I couldn't hear anything from the holes I filled with it.
