Very slim, excellent battery life!
I was very pleased with the laptop. It met all my expectations and was quite easy to set up. Computer arrived in good shape. Very light and slim. Plenty of storage. Transfer of files and settings from prior laptop shockingly easy and fast. I used to have to wait 5 minutes for my old computer to start up. This one starts almost instantly when I open it up from sleep. I tend to use 4 or 5 programs at once so I keep it challenged. I'm not a gamer so I can't honestly say how it works for gaming, but I imagine it would do well, based on using it for other graphics related things and streaming movies. I do all my writing on Google Docs and I am very happy with the battery life.

Good price, but unit wouldn't charge
Got on a Black Friday sale, unit wouldn't charge so returning since they wouldn't send a charger or replace.

Its alright. Not a bad buy but requires setup.
The upgraded hard drive and ram come separately in the box. Which means you have to install it yourself. It’s not hard to do but it is an extra step you should be aware of. The instructions are fairly clear. Some obvious spelling errors but nothing that’s a deal breaker. The plastic frame is very light and feels nice. The screen looks nice. The one thing is I still don’t know how to train it to use the larger HD over the built in one on which the OS runs.

Best for the price
Laptop arrived on time, and is just as good as my old HP. Easily downloaded all my apps, docs and photos from the cloud. I opted for the RAM an SSDI upgrade and found it was easy to do, taking me less than 5 min. I recommend this laptop for casual, streaming or gaming.

Everything I needed and easy to set up
I bought this for my husband to replace an older computer. It came with very clear instructions and I had it up and running quickly. He is very pleased with this product. It is very fast and efficient. I would buy this product again.

Very reasonable and good LopTop
I received this computer via Amazon. I have had no idea that this product coming already with upgrades included into package. Only I needed was installed. Is really good and fast LopTop. I needed as storage /movie player but will be able do much more. As right now all is great ✨️🫶
