I'm wearing this on my ankle overnight. While it's a great idea, the velcro is not strong. I well imagine I'll need an extra strap over the top soon enough.

I’ve used a grounding mat before and felt some noticeable benefits, so when I came across the Ayus Wellness Grounding Wristband, I thought I’d give it a try, hoping it might help with the pain and soreness I’ve been dealing with in my wrist due to carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis.The wristband itself feels comfortable to wear, and I like that it's discreet—easy to slip on and forget about while going about my day. While it’s still early days and I haven’t been using it long enough to fully judge its effectiveness, I do think I can feel a slight difference in my wrist. The discomfort seems a little more manageable, though I’m cautious not to draw any final conclusions just yet.One thing I noticed is that the 15ft cable is quite long, which gives you plenty of room to move around while using it. This is a great feature and makes the wristband more convenient than I expected.The real test will be over the next few weeks to see if the benefits become more noticeable with regular use. If you’re considering trying a grounding product for pain relief or general wellness, this wristband seems promising. However, for now, I’m taking a “wait and see” approach before I can speak to its long-term benefits.At this stage, it’s a solid product, but I’ll need more time to see if it really delivers on the claims for long-term relief.

I have tried grounding mats before and whilst I found benefits using them they aren't always the most convenient to use. Sometimes I wanted to relax or do things whilst using the mat but this required staying sat (or stood) feet on the ground in the same spot so when I saw this Ayus Wellness Grounding Wristband I couldn't wait to give it a go.The wristband is unlike any grounding product I've seen before and I don't know why no one has made it before as it's fantastic. It comes with a little booklet which explains the basics of grounding but it is simple to use.There is a plug, long 15ft cable and a wristband included in the pack. The plug is to be plugged into the wall to connect to the grounding section of the plug. As it is taking from the grounded section of the plug rather than the electric section it doesn't require the plug to be turned on when in use. The cable is connected via a metal popper fastening and once this is done the wristband can be worn and the benefits of grounding begin. I did try this wristband with the grounding cable from my mat (from a different brand) and it worked with that one too which is convenient.The wristband is comfortable to wear and it is done up with velcro so you can get it just to the right size. Whilst it is aimed as a wristband it could easily be used other places like legs too (as long as you're careful not to trip over the wire!) I have found grounding to be beneficial for reducing inflammation and it has helped me relieve headaches. There are many benefits though which it could help with.I am so impressed with this product. It's a great way to incorporate grounding into daily routines without the need to stay on the mat.
