Solid power bank!
Plenty of power to recharge an ipad or iphone. Enough power to substantially add battery life to a laptop. The power bank is small for what it does and I think the size is quite nice, but others may feel it’s a little too heavy. I do not think most people would be disappointed at the size considering this is 20,000mAh.It holds its charge when not being used for at least a week or two (I have not had it long enough to test it for longer periods yet.)It does not run hot.The only relative negative is that it takes about 4.5 hours to recharge from empty. This is not too long, but may require some planning depending on the situation. Other power banks are out that can recharge faster, but they are heavier, more expensive, and may require to be plugged into a high powered charger in order to obtain the faster charge. This power bank is inexpensive for what you get. One very nice thing is that this charges through C to C, C to lightening, and not just USB-A.I do think the shipping took a couple of extra days versus 1 day, but this was disclosed when I bought it.It did arrive on the day promised.I highly recommend this power bank for anyone that needs more than a daily phone charge. Great for traveling, long airplane flights. For a daily phone charge get the Anker with 10,000mAh and C to C charging (in and out).

Reliable charger for trips and holds a charge forever!
This is a great battery charger to take on trips. I went to Sweden last year for almost a month and this charger was solid the whole time I was there. When traveling from place to place where an outlet wasn't available, I always used this to fully charge or top off my phone (Galaxy S20). It worked well in my smart bag and the form factor fit perfectly in one of the pockets. It stays charged when it's not in use, unlike a lot of other battery packs I've tried, which is a bonus! If you're on the go and need to stay charged up, I highly recommend this battery pack! Lightweight (not much heavier than a modern smartphone!), compact and small enough to tuck away in a small bag.

Terrific charge! Another great ANKER product.
The product is exactly as described. It is kind of heavy and takes a while to charge, which happens for products that hold a lot of charge. It is absolutely terrific and a bargain price. The only thing that would make it better is a digital meter indicating how much charge is left. It has four little lights indicating full to no charge. It works, but that would be it if you make it better.

Anker small device and laptop portable charger.
Works well. Charges up slower that it charges other devices. Use at least a 30 watt charger (USB-C to USB-C) to recharge it. A 5 watt charger will take overnight to charge it up.It is a little large though and can not be used on air flights and may not even be allowed to fly on some airlines as baggage, you will need to check if that is your purpose.

Surprisingly high capacity for its size
I’ve never seen this power bank run out, ever. This has gotten through multiple charges of multiple simultaneous devices at music festivals and such, and just keeps going. Even after months of non-use when I totally expect it to have died, it stays fully charged and ready to go. Due to its slim size it fits easily in a backpack or fanny pack, and while it’s a bit chunky for a pants pocket it’ll fit there in a pinch too. It also feels very durable and well-made.

Better than competitor: Total capacity is about 2.25 phone charges
This review is for the "Anker Portable Charger, USB-C Power Bank 20000mAh with 20W Power Delivery".Edit 2015.09.15: For the last six months, I've had a regular pattern. I wasn't intentionally setting up an A/B test, just trying to have a routine to make my life simple. I've been rotating between this unit and the competitor (I don't know if calling out other brands gets reviews unpublished, so I won't - but I'll tell you that the other one advertises 26800mAh, it's the same geometric shape and size, and has a numeric "segment" display of the charge remaining). While I'm using this one to charge my phone, the other one is charging. How frequently I charge my phone varies. I for sure try not to leave it charging when it's 100% (in fact I've been trying to disconnect at about 95%), sometimes if I'm going out I'll charge it accordingly (like it's 50%+ but I bump it to 80%, or it's 22% and I let it get to 40% before a quick outing). But regardless of that, the evidence is clear and consistent. The Anker delivers more charge than the other one. The other one is almost precisely one-to-one with my phone. That is, if my phone is at 60%, and the battery says 35% remaining, it will get my phone to mid-90% before running out. The anker doesn't have the convenience of a numeric display, just the quad dots (which is part of what took longer to make an absolute conclusion), but over time it's clear I get about 225% of phone charge out of a fully charge Anker battery. So I'm bumping my star rating again. Not to 5, because that's still below advertised, and just because one competitor is much worse doesn't make you perfect.I also recently bought an Anker rated for 10,000mAh mainly to keep a few other things charged. Just for funzies, I'm going to take use that other brand charger for the other stuff, and I'll swap back and forth between the two Ankers for a while.Edit: Immediately after submitting this review, I ordered a competitor's similar product that lists about 35% higher capacity than this one. I conducted a similar test, and found that the competitor's product provided about 35% more charge of my phone. More investigation is needed, but it does seem the culprit in the small number of recharges per full battery charge is my phone. I'm bumping up to 3 stars pending further testing. (I might have gone higher, but the other product was $25 cheaper than this one lists now and I paid 10% more than it currently lists for.)In spring 2022, I finally ditched Samsung and got a Pixel 6 Pro. One of the benefits of this was getting rid of the micro-USB interface, whose cable connectors fail if you look at them wrong, and having USB-C. Since my previous Anker battery could only be charged using its micro USB port (and was starting to act flakey anyway), I opted to get this model so I could be rid of the dependency on micro USB cables. It's quite noticeably physically smaller than the older one, but I figured they had worked on higher storage density. (And, admittedly, the old one was rated 26800 mAh.)I tend to be pretty haphazard about when I plug my phone into a powered port to charge it a bit, when I connect it to the battery, and when I connect the battery to charge, so while I was suspicious pretty quickly about the capacity, I didn't have a good metric. So here six months later I decided to check carefully. I left the battery connected to fully charge overnight Monday night. Tuesday morning, my phone was at 27%, so I took the battery from the wall charger and fully charged the phone. Thursday morning, the phone was at 30%; I fully charged it from the battery. Today, Saturday morning, my phone was at 9%. I connected it to the Anker, it charged to 15%, and the battery was done. So I got about 1.5 full charges of a Pixel 6 Pro.By the way, I've found (and you can easily find) independent testing that says the P6P has about 5kmAh capacity. 1.5 charges does not remotely square up with the claim of 20kmAh. So maybe I got a dud?On the plus side, when it is charged, the rapid charge works very rapidly! That is not an equal weight feature to the capacity, though.I very much do not recommend.

Solid Portable Battery
Functions well, perfect size. I have 2 of these and they recharge quickly, charge devices fast, and have a very reasonable use capacity.
