These are typical dial weights. I love that they com in fun colors and not just the typical blue red or black that seems to dominate gym gear. Good weight range as well.

Great product! Love adjustable dumbbells. Tried others. Found them to be to big and bulky. Hard to manoeuvre from one excersize to the next without crashing into each other. Great for beginners! Highly recommend!

Excellent weights. Easy to transition. My problem is that these are not designed to grip on the sides (the black ends) and are very uncomfortable if you try - the plastic can have a sharp edge. This fix would be a great design upgrade. Also keep in mind these are rather large when comparing to dumbbells on similar weight.

What makes me like these dumbells more than anything else is the wide grip. It makes it a lot more comfortable to do curls. The twisting of the handle to adjust weight is pretty neat. The first set i had, there was something wrong with the mechanism and the plates wouldn't stay attached. With an easy replacement return, the new set works just fine. It comes with a base that holds the dumbells. It's easy to store and fits under the bed. If you need a set of dumbells but lack space, pick these up!

I love the adjustability. I can quickly change the amount of weight so I don’t need four different sets. They take up less space and work great. Worth every dollar.

I always loved the idea of quick adjustable dumbbells like this, especially multiple sets with different maximum weight ranges, so I was quick to try this out. The plastic tray each dumbbell comes with is basically there to hold the detached weights in place and make adding/subtracting weights a painless process. Adjusting the weights is easy, and I find it incentivizes strength training problem areas on my body, because I don't have to search for the right dumbbell to avoid damaging the weak link, I just detach all the weights and use the handles to start. In the same vein, it is also a great way to warm up, starting with just the handle for a rep or two, then add more weight until you are at the maximum you can currently use. The adjustment function would be great even if it was clunky, but it is substantial feeling, easy to use, and quick to activate.The rainbow weight plates are just as good looking as I hoped they would be in the home gym, I highly recommend them over the others offered. These are not a name brand that I know, so I must bring up my one issue with these: the price. It is too high, there are fifty pound dumbbells in the same vein as this at a similar price, that is not acceptable, even when factoring in that this listing offers the sweet multicolored weight plates, it does not justify the price.
