I got this in hopes of having less slip on my yoga mat, but it is not grippy at all, and actually made it less stable.

It is hard to compete with Mandukas Yoga Toe towels for quality but those are pricey. These are a great option for something more affordable.

I have several of these for hot yoga. They wash and hold up well.

So this serves as my mat to take to work. I've been wanting to practice yoga more and figured having a mat I can carry to work would be great. Especially that last 15 minute break of a 12 hour shift. It's light weight and fits perfectly in my work bag and so far only my hands slip, but the mat stays in place. Getting out those kinks that built up through the night, helps me settle before I get home for rest.

It has worked very well for my hot yoga classes. It doesn’t stay in place the entire time but I haven’t used a towel yet that does. I mean you are moving all around on it. But it doesn’t slip out from under you and absorbs all the sweat.
