With this book, Jim Cunningham offers the lay person an excellent guide to the in and outs of estate planning. For years my wife and I struggled with deciding when the best time was for us to get our estate planning completed. Well done! A great read for people before meeting with their estate planning attorney as I think you'll have a better idea of what to expect from your attorney an what questions to ask. I think it's also valuable for people that want to do their own estate planning as the author gives a lot of ideas of things to be watchful for so it may help you do your own or help you determine you need an experienced professional. Easy to read, flows well, and didn't take too long to go through it. Also some helpful charts in the back. Great book!

I’m so thankful I found this book. I gathered several through amazon Kindle and Audible. One lead me to the next and then to this book. Every source brings more information. This one should definitely be on the list.

I plan to meet with my lawyer soon to update my estate planning. I wanted to have a current book, beforehand, to know what questions to ask in order to make changes. This informative book lets me do that.

Long list of the problems that can happen if you don’t hire an estate planning attorney but never gets to the part where he helps you plan before seeing an attorney.

You really need to find out what you don't know about what happens if you are unable to make decisions or how to make sure your decisions you thought could happen do. A good read if you have a big family or not.
