The wide model, and the strong flexible fabric upper is perfect for those of us with bunions. I’ve tried other running shoe models and brands with this model being cushioned and supportive just enough to suit my rheumatoid arthritic feet with a high degree of toe box give for a comfortable fit.

As stated on their website these do run a bit snug. I normally wear a size 7.5/8 but per their recommendation I bought a size 8.5 and they fit perfect!A bit loose around the ankle but I do the “runners tie” and it tightens around the ankle. I only wear these for work in which I stand all day. Love these!

Having worn them one day just in the house, these fit good and feel good so far. The podiatrist also prescribed the Powerstep Pinnacle Max inserts to use as well. I have degenerative disc disease and my unsteady gait is causing tremendous foot pain and balance issues. I hope these help a lot. So far, so good.
