Decent starter pc every game I’ve tried runs you just aren’t gonna get high end graphics but it has a big case so if you want to upgrade later you can just buy parts but overall great for the price paid and was as easy as plugging it in to get it to work

Useless
The media could not be loaded. Can't even handle the mouse pointer on screen. PC wouldn't even run Photoshop. Absolutely awful. Unusable.

Bought as a Christmas gift so as yes not used but is set up ready for Christmas Day . I have been told it was easy to set up . Package really well. Was a problem with delivery but nothing to do with the seller just the courier service

Let's face the fact it's a very budget gaming computer noting some parts are refurbished Grade A (important later).My son brought it, against my better judgement, but he is very happy with it.Arrived on time with a very minor bow in the case top but otherwise fine. Son happy enough. Lights up and looks ok. There was an instruction sheet with help details included. Started fine and took a while to do all the updates from Microsoft (as I expected).Runs Roblox well enough, and even War Thunder and Warframe but at the LOWEST graphic settings.There was an issue with the Microsoft Windows authentication code not working (note referbished/different parts may prevent a previous code from working). A call went to answer phone so I didn't hold much hope but sent an email to the supplied address.However, an email reply was recieved within an hour, and I recieved a call back by a very friendly helper. A new code was sent and things are working properly. Quite impressed.Son uses it for homework, the internet, Roblox, and other bits and is happy.If you are a serious gamer then maybe too low a spec overall and the one star is removed as I struggle with it being a proper "gaming" unit, plus the very minor bow in the case (my son's unit so his call). However for the little money I would say it's better than gambling on a second hand unit that has no comeback and not much performance improvement. There is room for upgrades so may be a good starting platform.Promot customer support was great so I would consider buying from them again.

Its damaged Outside and inside and not working
very cheap So disappointed my son So sad i need my money back.I returned it and i am still waiting my refund very bad customer service.
