Whole purpose of getting away from other moisturizers and using beef tallow so you dont have to use Seed oils or any other chemical. If it's cheap don't buy. Look for American made.

My skin is super dry this winter and I have oily skin. I jumped in the tallow bandwagon and with all the different brands to choose from it was a hard choice. Well I went for this cuz of the simple ingredients and didn’t seem that it would have cheap filler oils. I wanted thick salve like balm- not a thin watery lotion. This is a watery lotion. You’d think with tallow, beeswax, honey and sunflower oil that this would be hard salve like and be like an oil. It’s not at all- it’s a lotion. So I want to know why it’s like this and why it’s not the consistency of the what the natural ingredients would be if it’s all natural?I can’t say if this moisturizes well cuz I put it on, on top of my other oils and balms. I have to try this on a fresh clean face and see how it does on its own. It absorbs instantly though and doesn’t leave skin greasy and it’s not just sitting there waiting to rub off for hours. It does leave a nice sheen like in the advertisement video. I really just thought it would be like the consistency of cold coconut oil or beeswax. Especially since it like 17 degrees F outside. It won’t ever get hard. It is a lotion and not whipped like either. Just water lotion.
