This is a nice handy accessory to have for those emergency situations when you find you have a dead car battery. It has reverse polarity protection and spark proof connection built in.It's a lot easier to use than jumper cables. I have used this to restart my lawn tractor, when it is way back in the yard, and won't start. Otherwise, I have to drag out my jumper cables, and my RV battery on a hand cart. (I plan to get a new battery for my lawn tractor).I like the digital read out for charge condition, and the fact that you can use it to charge USB powered devices.One thing to be aware of, the instructions say this will work down to -20 degrees C, or -4 degrees F, so if you are experiencing cold winter conditions, you can't store this in your vehicle, or cold garage, and expect it to work. You need to keep it warmer than that. Also, you can't store it in a hot car over 70 degrees C, or 158 degrees F.

If you've never owned one of these before, it is hard to believe that can jump start a car. They are so compact and lightweight, yet when hooked to a car, SUV or truck with a dead battery, they will get it started quickly. I have even use mine on my lawn tractor since its battery is going bad. Just charge with any USB-C phone charger and when it is at 100% it will last a long time in the car. Just top it off every other month or so the keep the charge full. Super safe to use too. If you hook it up wrong, it won't provide power. Once you have it hooked up correctly, just turn your key and your vehicle will start. It also has power outputs so if you take it camping, for instance, you can keep your phone or other devices charged up. Also includes a flash light, should you be caught in the dark with a dead battery. Comes with a storage bag to keep everything contained.

How far things have come. No one has jumper cables, much more they are averse to using them as it might mess things up - or they don't know how. The old battery boxes were really heavy and bulky. If someone less experienced was out and about they just wouldn't touch them. Enter this guy. It's small enough to fit in your glove box, holds a charge for months and bam, starts your car right up. Add to it, it's got a built in flashlight and a power out that will charge up devices like a cell phone and such with USB-A. It's great. It comes in a nice little sack. The charging cables are about two feet long but you can set this right above your battery. The cables detach making it easy to stash in a glove box or storage area. And it really does have the amps to crank an engine. At this price, it's a no-brainer for car security and safety.

This has saved me so many times! I have a car that I have to jump almost every time I start it and this has been a lifesaver. There have been multiple times where I've been parked on the street and and blocked in. It's impossible to get a second car near to jump start it and this makes that possible. It does need to be fully charged for my car to start, and it takes some time before it is fully charged. It doesn't charge very quickly, but it is nice to have. The bag that it fits in fits everything but I would prefer a more secure case. The light is extremely bright on it. There are different modes as a flashlight has. It has flashlight mode, SOS mode, and off. The red and black cable is quite short, but it works just fine. The clips are quite small and seem like they won't last forever.

A battery-based jump starter has saved my bacon more than once. This one arrived 75% charged, and it topped off within an hour. Comes with a nice carry bag and adequate instructions.

It takes awhile to charge but other than that it’s very convenient with something happening on the side of the road . The charge is great for a couple of minutes . I highly recommend.
