This was one of the Best Brining kits I've done to date the quality, Taste an amount was Perfect for the size indicated specially on time of Brining

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving turkey! It was 15 pounds and I have a little bit left over, enough for a whole chicken. Very tender meat with plenty of juice for gravy. Was a bit pricey.

My second time using this product and it didn’t disappoint! I followed the directions and then chose to smoke my turkey followed by deep frying it. The turkey was lip smacking delicious.

If you're like me and saw the Kosmos Turkey Brine Kit ad somewhere and came to Amazon to find it, just know this is a $28 bag of seasoning, there is no kit. No brining bag, just dry seasoning. I'm sure it tastes great, but seems way overpriced. I'll try to update after we make it, on flavor.Update after use: We made three turkeys 3 different ways, and this one was the crowd favorite. It was very very good and extremely juicy, even the white meat. Still think it's a bit overpriced, but raising the review to 4 stars.

This brine is easy to use. You don’t have to boil it into solution then wait for it to cool. You simply add water, mix it and put it over the turkey and into the refrigerator until ready to cook. My turkey was moist and delicious.

We smoked a turkey for Thanksgiving using the directions from the Kosmos Q Complete turkey brine kit. The process is well documented, and the turkey turned out great. The glaze gave the turkey a nice spice; my family loved it.
