My favorite brand of pasta!
I haven’t had a Rummo pasta that I haven’t loved and this is no exception. Fantastic quality. The 1 pound bag is the perfect size for my family. It has a true cook time for a quality pasta tastes fantastic and the consistency is great. It’s the closest thing to authentic Italian pasta that I can get here in the USA.

A Hardy Match for My Heavy Sauce
I paid a fortune at a local gourmet shop for a quality slow dried pasta. I make a thick meat sauce (“gravy” for my Italian friends.) The spiral shape of this pasta grabs and holds the meat pieces, and the little ridges hold the thinner juices. The texture is hardy, just like the meat sauce. The value is superb! This is even a gift-able pasta. I cook pasta just shy of where I want it to end up, and this was no exception. Even then, this pasta held its own; it did not wimp out.
