Have my doubts about it
Well, I have had a mix experience.For initial few days, I felt tingling, perspiration and a slight boost in my performance (I workout 6 days a week and do strength training)After that spark, these days, even after consuming 2 spoons a day, I do not feel rush of energy or a pump which i was expecting from it based on reviews.I have a doubt that I may have hit a plateau and would need to discontinue use of pre workout for a bit.

I tried it and I want to say that this pre workout supplement is great no doubt but raspberry flavour is very bad it tastes like cough syrup please improve this one flavour
