My sister is in a nursing home and diabetic. She loves these caramels. I actually like them too.

What a treat
These are delicious and they taste just like you would think they would. They went so fast my kids enjoyed them and their sugar-free. That’s how good they are. Only drawback for me is, it is hard to open the pack.
