This paper roll dispenser is very sturdy and feels like it will hold up for many many years of use. Paper rolls are heavy so the dispenser needs to be strong and this one is. I have it loaded with paper rolls but could see it being useful for fabrics as well, to store quilt backings for example. The cutter wouldn’t work for fabric, but the rods would be fine for holding fabric bolts. Even when fully loaded, the wheels roll smoothly. When it needs to be stationary there are locks on the wheels to prevent it from moving. The wheels are spaced wide for stability to prevent it tipping when the paper is pulled. The paper actually pulls pretty effortlessly off the roll and it cuts well too. I like the stacked layout, it stores against a wall without taking up too much space. I find the rolls easy to replace, just lift the cutter bar up to access the rod, the rod lifts out to slide on a new roll, replace the rod and lower the cutting bar. The dispenser seems safe to have around all ages since there are no sharp parts to risk getting cut on. The cutting mechanism is basically like a straight edge to tear the paper rather than slicing it. I think this is terrific. It’s super handy if you deal with large rolls and want easy access to all of them.

Bought to store and dispense thicker butcher paper and brown paper as part of my floral hobby business and this does a great job.It’s very strong and sturdy which is needed if using the larger rolls of heavy paper - which is does with ease. I love that it’s on wheels so can easily be maneuvered into position and the locked into place.Doesn’t take up too much space and makes ripping paper off as an when needed so much easier so a great investment.
