I run about 25-30 miles a week and sweat a lot so I really need a good seal in my ears not just to hold in the bass but to keep out the sweat. The largest size of these generally worked, but felt like they wanted to slip out of my ear still. The directions show to squeeze them and insert then let them rise back up. They start out feeling pretty good but after 20 minutes of running they just didn’t have the same hold I like.Other than that, the product is good and the ear buds seem durable. I gave them a week of running and didn’t have any issues with them breaking down. So if you like the memory foam, these are a good option, but for running I just don’t find them quite as stay in place as traditional rubbers.

They will flatten with the pressure it takes to put them on the earbuds. I’m not sure how well they will work after finally getting them on. They are too difficult!
