Goody's Pain Relief Powders, Extra Strength Headache Powder Cool Orange, 24 ct (Pack of 1)

This formulation has 500mg of aspirin (equal to one extra strength aspirin), 325mg of acetaminophen (one regular strength Tylenol) and 65mg of caffeine. I don't understand why the manufacturer calls the original unflavored Goody's "extra strength" when this mixed fruit (and cool orange, the same formula) have more pain reliever and more caffeine. I have found nothing better for morning aches and pains of arthritis or just getting on in years. The caffeine gives an extra boost to get you ready to take on the day. The best way to take it is place it on the BACK of your tongue and gulp down some water. You barely taste it. You can mix it with water but it does not dissolve so you need to stir before every time you take a sip or you'll finish and all the powder will be at the bottom of the glass. Although this tastes better than the unflavored the mixed fruit barely masks the aspirin flavor so don't mix with water and expect fruit punch. It is still medicine. If the mixture of aspirin and caffeine upsets your stomach take it with a little food. I find with it being a powder it is easier on the stomach. Goody's has been around for almost 100 years and there is a reason why it is more popular than ever. It will get the job done.

Have bought this item multiple times. It’s difficult to find in my area, so I’m thankful I can get it on Amazon. It also comes in berry flavor but orange is my personal preference. It has the same active ingredients as excedrin but in a higher dosage and the thing I like most is you don’t need water or any other fluid to take it. I use it mainly for headache pain relief and since I can’t predict the onset of a headache, I can use it anywhere, any time.

I have allergies to many inactive ingredients. I tolerate these well and love the orange flavor. So much better than plain!

I will probably be the reason these run out because I order them so much. They work fast, they actually taste good. They don’t taste like most of the bc powders. They are so cheap on here, cheaper than I’ve found at any store. I buy them very often

Goody's is great used it for years

It works like most aspirin works but if you have problems swallowing it’s really helpful. It works quicker than most pills and it tastes really nice.

These are not the paper easy tear packets pictured. They are the foil older ones. Although the boxes I received have an expiration date of 11/2026
