Worked great and internal adhesive is a plus to help keep them on. I was doing some 3D printer mods that used threaded rods for support. The problem with threaded rods is you cut yourself on the sharp threads if you brush past them. I used 1 package putting them over the exposed areas of these threaded rods and now they look great in black and look like an original part of the printer. Now those rods have a rubbery feel rather than sharp metal. They are now much safer too thanks to these shrink tubes.I use a heat gun to activate the shrinking and found that they didn't quite shrink to the 1/3 size the ad said they would. But using a soldering iron brushed lightly across their surface finished the shrinking to where they were tight. The adhesive will hopefully help keep them in place.

I used these to put a plastic coating over my 2 ounce pencil weights, works great. Knocks the shiny down and also prints the rods a bit when there weights bounce around.

I’m sold!I’ll be using this stuff on all my wire splices not just marine.Standard shrink tube is thin and cheep. This stuff is thick and awesome!Use a very hot heat gun or blowtorch to shrink. When it’s heated a glue is activated and completely seals the wire and connector. It made for a fully sealed and more ridged wire.

This product would be a 5 star but the red is not red. It's more of a pink in color. Bought onece befor and had no problem.

Love this stuff! I bought it to repair phone charging cables and needed shrink tubing with a higher shrink ratio. Between the high shrink ratio and the glue inside, it worked out perfectly!

This adheres well to anything you shrink it onto keeping it in place and water/dirt out, shrinks a lot from it's original size making it pretty universal, and is very durable against abrasion/cutting.

These are fantastic to waterproof electrical connections and small electronic nodes in my autonomous Buoy. The glue extends beyond the tube thereby ensuring a watertight seal. Make sure not to touch the glue while it is hot or you could jeopardize the seal

Used this shrink material to repair a broken shower hose. Used a heat gun to shrink the tubing.
