I have tried the jars of shilajit before and could not handle the taste of it. These are great because they are in proportioned sizes. You just pop one our of the plastic and foil bubble sheet. I like to put my meds in a pill organizer. These do stick to everything that they touch against and are rather hard to get out of a plastic pill container if they sit on the plastic. But I have noticed that I have so much more energy. I am able to just go and go at work and not feel like I am dragging. I have also noticed that I don't feel as achy as I usually do during the day. I am now a firm believer in the magic of shilajit. I will be using this from now on.

i cant get past the horrible after taste you get after swallowing this pill...even if it doesnt touch your tongue and you chug juice right after, the taste is still there

I've been taking the syrupy resin form of shilajit from a different brand and I love the effects of it but the dosing is not always convenient. These pills are great! Truth be told, I want to take shilajit twice a day but I often feel too lazy to get up at night to take the second dose lol. So these are perfect as I can take them with the rest of my evening supplements while I'm in bed. I can also bring them to work so I don't have to deal with the messiness there. These do smell like shilajit minus a few letters so be prepared for that. It is not pleasant and you will get a taste of it going down. I think it can be masked with honey as that is how I normally take the liquid resin form. The smell will linger on your hands, too, unless you drop these into your mouth directly from the blister pack. Overall, love the benefits this provides, including support for energy, clarity and skin. I'm getting ready to place another order!

Each tablet weighs in at 200mg. I prefer the dried resin over the powder in capsules. This isn't purified like PrimaVie Shilajit. I'm not sure what method they use. It also lacks third party testing which is a bit concerning to me. However, the manufacturing process seems excellent which helps give me confidence.Manufactured in Ukraine by Ecosvit Oil./ Eliksir. After some research I found that they have several certificates for quality control and manufacturing. These include ISO 22716:2007 Cosmetics (GMP), ISO 22000 Food Safety Management, ISO 13485:2016 (Medical products quality management systems).
